Mini-Mutant Shredder has managed to transport Krang's Dimension X fortress over to our world. He's planted it at the edge of town, not too far from the Channel 6 News headquarters and the mini-pizzeria building. Now he's gettin' ready to seize control. Total control. We're talkin' horizontal and vertical! And he can do it, too! Just look at all the techno stuff he's brought back from Dimension X. The satellite launcher sends deadly sewer satellite discs into the air and destorys anything that's green.

And Mini-Mutant Shredder has lots of tiny Turtle traps waitin' for our heroic Turtle Teens. All he has to do is stand on the watch tower and wait for 'em to show up. If they get near the Dimension X portal doors, Mini-Mutant Shredder'll let 'em have it with his gravity-powered Turtle crushin' rock. If that doesn't stop 'em, Mini-Mutant Shredder's got a radioactive ray gun. One blast and it's kowabunga crumbs for everyone! If they're really lucky and manage toget inside, Mini-Mutant Shredder will set 'em spinnin' on the super-sonic Turtle spinner - then they'll truly be green! Green with sicko stuff! But Mini-Mutant Shredder knows the Mini-Mutant Turtles do, indeed, have luck on their side. So he's got an escape route all planned out - if things look bad, he'll just step into the transporter tube and make his escape. The Dimension X Wars will be over, then ... well, until next time - when Mini-Mutant Shredder returns with even more powerful weapons! Yikes!
